SEGA has gone Ape SHIT

Does anyone remember the days of the Sega genesis, or the Sega Dreamcast?

Those were great days.

Now, I am bringing to attention that recently Sega has been putting themselves exclusively on Santa's naughty list by pissing off EVERYONE.

This includes their FANS.

Sega is just upset that they aren't making it big in the video game world how they used to be, and are taking it out on their loyal fans by flagging many videos on youtube, and upsetting these youtubers and taking down their channels. Many of these youtubers are LOYAL fans. And how has Sega been repaying them by spreading publicity for their company and their games? Basically by shitting on them. Sega is literally shitting on all of their fanbase.

Now we have come to find out, that Sega is trying to sue Level 5, which is an independent game developer, and they are trying to sue them for a style of handheld gameplay..... where you MOVE THE CHARACTER WITH THE STYLUS. Pretty sure most handheld games use that feature...

BUT Sega is going after Level 5 because they think they can be the bully. WHY ARE THEY DOING ALL THIS ANYWAYS!? SEGA This shit you are pulling makes you look like an asshole.

That's it i'm out, just trying to spread the word on sega's tyranny. I'm a huge sega fan btw but they are pulling this stupid crap and it pisses me off.

  1. Sega are a funny one. They've brought us gaming classics like Sonic and Echo the Dolphin but when you look at them now it's almost as if they're just clinging to existence.

The only IP's I can think of that they actually still own are Sonic, Total War, Football Manager, Virtua Tennis and Super Monkey Ball. There are probably others that I have missed though. But I can't remember the last time I bought any of the above except Football Manager.

    1. I agree, the only Sega games I can remember my last buying and being classics were sonic, echo, and super monkey ball... I've heard some pretty good things about Jet Set Radio which I believe was on the Xbox and just came out for the Vita, but I have yet to play it. Otherwise .. Sega has nothing. Except for the few games I currently own and recognize which are Resonance of Fate, Valkyria Chronicles, and Spiral Knights which is a PC Downloadable MMO from Steam which is free.

Now those were good games that more recently came out and I thought they were almost going to kill Square Enix with that, but they turned it around and were like NOPE!

Rarely anyone recognized those games, yeah they weren't perfect, and I feel they did not appeal to a bigger fan base, but it doesn't mean that Sega can't keep trying.

They need to come back and remake some of the older games like Streets of Rage ect. If they are not doing good in the video game world, then do what all the other companies are not doing.

      Listening to their fans demands.

I'm sure more than enough fans would be thrilled if Sega brought back their older games, as new. I'm not talking about Sonic's Genesis Collection, I'm talking about making these games NEW.

I don't see anyone else doing it, so they have a shot at and could potentially get a younger fanbase as well as older again.

  2. Yea, pretty much sums up my feelings on both Sega and Sony.
